Meat is meat and man must eat
This is my favourite part. I am a meat eater. A carnivore. But I only like the good stuff. I have tried about 5 different farms and these guys are amazing. Family run, concerned about animal welfare, passionate about quality. They have no funny stuff in the meat and they definitely do not use antibiotics, hormones or funky stuff. They grow their own feed because they are worried about people selling them GMO product.
They are the first farm in South Africa to import and farm Wagyu beef and are proud of their long family heritage.
Let me know if you are hosting a party or anything else and I can arrange some other 'entertainment' size cuts (wagyu beef roll, anyone??) These are some of the standard cuts. I cannot recommend the chuck burger enough! Be adventurous. Try other cuts, you will not be sorry!
If you don't know your Angus from your Wagyu - the overriding difference is fat content. Wagyu has significantly more so those lovely roasts stay moist and delicious. If you like your steaks well done (don't ever tell me about it!), then go Wagyu as they will maintain a lot more moisture. Wagyu burgers are delicious because they have that extra fatty goodness.
The tables below give you the cut of beef, The cost per Kg, the recommended size and the price for that size. So, if you want 2 Angus Bavette steaks, I will provide 2 x 300g steaks at a cost of $96HKD. Weights are approximate and you'll be charged based on actual weights. All Angus beef is available in Wagyu but it's pretty punchy and some of the bigger Wagyu cuts are better.

Standard fillet remains as HK$ 400 for the whole fillet (1.5Kg -1.8Kg)
I will do meat orders around once a month because we are dependent on volumes for shipping. Meat collection is from Sai Kung or Sheung Sze Wan on the same day as Chicken and Veggie boxes.
